A Switched Capacitor Bandpass Filter for a Bluetooth Wireless Receiver
Overview A 4th order Switch-Capacitor Elliptic Bandpass Filter is presented in this paper. This filter is to be implemented in bluetooth wireless receiver system. The filter takes a wide input spectrum consisting of many bluetooth channels and selects one of them. To suppress the image band, a polyphase filter is chosen. The filter bandwidth is 1 MHz and its center frequency (fc) is 2 MHz. The passband ripple is 1.005 dB. The filter has stopband attenuation of 67dB and image rejection of 48.5 dB. The total filter current consumption is limited to 10mA.
