Overview Broadband network operators are increasingly looking to enhance revenues and profits by offering an expanded bundle of services to both residential and business customers. For residential users, broadband network operators are looking to Voice over IP (VoIP), tiered data services and support for multiple service providers to grow their revenue streams in Open Access environments. Open Access today is focused on offering a choice of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) but in the future this could also include telephony providers as well.
