Overview
The purpose of this guideline is to provide guidance that will assist Minnesota State Agencies to create, develop and maintain web sites that serve the largest possible audience. It is expected that web sites developed according to these guidelines will be in compliance with the Title II of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), with the Federal government's Section 508 Electronic and Information Technology Standards and Minnesota non-visual access law.
