Overview MyID PIV is a comprehensive smart card and identity management system designed by Intercede to help US Federal Government agencies meet HSPD 12 by providing a single easy-to-use interface for the registration, identity-proofing, issuance and maintenance of PIV cards according to the processes defined in FIPS 201. Through a roles-based, easy-to-use management interface, an agency can securely enrol applicants, graphically personalize PIV smart cards, deploy GSC-IS applets and PKI certificates from multiple vendors, capture and install biometric data, manage cryptographic keys and perform 'one pass' issuance of contact and contactless cards.
