This paper explains how to use Microsoft Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) in Microsoft Visual Studio .NET through a wrapper around API calls. The code included with the download requires Visual Studio .NET and Microsoft Windows XP. The BITS library includes much more functionality than what is covered in this paper and most of that functionality is included in the .NET wrapper.
