Configuring PATROL for Microsoft Exchange Servers in a Clustered Envrionment

Overview This paper provides guidance for planning, installing, and configuring PATROL for Microsoft Exchange Servers (Exchange KM) in a high-availability environment, utilizing Microsoft Cluster Services. This paper also explains the discovery process and provides guidance for collecting troubleshooting data in case of problems. In Exchange 2000 and 2003, PATROL for Exchange Servers 5.0 monitors all virtual servers running on this cluster node along with Exchange Server Health and Server Performance.
