World Expert on Best Practice Chooses HP Holistic Management Solution
Overview Headquartered in London, the BSI Group is a leading provider of professional services to organisations worldwide. BSI provides IT support for 1,500 staff in many offices around the UK. It must ensure that the SAP business applications, CRM, email and file and print services are constantly available. IT management had previously been done remotely but when BSI created its own in-house data centre it lost visibility of its network, systems and applications. OpenView Network Node Manager was subsequently installed to monitor the network along with OpenView Operations for Windows to monitor systems and applications. They were integrated with Insight Manager to provide an end-to-end management solution.
