Overview The client is a leader in billing and customer care solutions for the cable television, direct broadcast satellite, advanced IP services, mobile, and fixed wire-line markets. The Company acquired the billing system from IBM along with its current base of 40 customers worldwide. Customers using the billing system were looking for options to integrate it with third-party CRM tools, Workforce Management tools and Provisioning tools. The client wanted to reuse all the business logic already in the presentation screens instead of doing a rewrite. The Company selected eSymbiosis as the partner to evaluate the alternatives and options available to provide API Services. Service-Oriented Architecture was selected as the solution.
