Overview Pressing business objectives motivated the Shepherds Bush Housing Group's decision to commission a new intranet. They were experiencing a range of difficulties with their internal communications, causing disruption to their business processes and the quality of their customer service. Content and Code provided a fully web-based intranet built with a combination of Microsoft Content Management Server 2002 and SharePoint Portal Server. At the heart of the solution is Content Management Server, which provides a decentralised publishing system, devolving management responsibility away from the IT department and returning it to employees.
