Overview Akzo Nobel, based in the Netherlands, serves customers throughout the world with healthcare products, coatings and chemicals. Akzo Nobel needed to maintain its competitiveness by improving efficiency and cutting internal costs. It identified IT procurement as one of the areas where substantial savings could be made.
