HP Solutions Run Municipal Life for the Whole of Jerez

Overview Owned by the council, Jesytel used to take a multi-vendor approach to sourcing the town's IT, but in order to fulfill the council's requirement for a long term IT development plan, it decided to seek a more formal arrangement with a single vendor. Having considered IBM and HP, it chose HP for a number of reasons. HP had the required breadth of high class products that would enable Jesytel to meet the many and varied IT needs of the city and, as well as its global reputation, it also had an effective local presence that meant it could provide the ongoing service agreements that Jesytel required for the systems that are core to the running of the city.
