Overview SecureTransport de Tumbleweed constitue le produit de transfert de fichiers sûr et automatisé, disponible comme un logiciel ou bien une appliance. Ce produit permet aux clients de choisir leur protocole de transport pour transmettre ou recevoir des informations sans avoir a acheter de solutions chères. La conformité et le besoin de transférer de larges volumes d’information électroniquement ont généré une demande de solutions qui gèrent ce processus d’une manière sûr. Un des avantages de la solution est que les clients, qui échangent de dossiers avec une organisation, n’ont pas besoin d’implémenter de logiciel particulier pour télécharger les dossiers bien que Tumbleweed ait des clients dont le logiciel a été adapte pour leur spécificités. La faiblesse actuelle du produit est que la version appliance ne possède pas d’installeur automatique, mais cela sera présent dans prochaine version. Secure Transport est une solution idéale pour les organisations qui ont besoin d’échange de gros volumes de fichiers électroniquement. Butler Group considère que la version appliance est particulièrement adaptée pour le marché des petites et moyennes entreprises.
