Overview Founded in 1894, Sandy Hill School District (SHSD) is the largest public school district in the state of Anywhere, with a district population of 482,618 and a student population of 84,169. The Sandy Hill School District Case Study was prepared for use in the 2004 Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award Examiner Preparation Course.
