FFP Packaging Solutions Invest in XKO to Streamline Its IT Systems
Overview FFP Packaging Solutions Ltd. is one of the largest independent flexible packaging companies in the UK, specialising in laminates and lidding film, which it supplies to the food and drink industry. Prior to the implementation, each department at FFP had different IT systems, which were not integrated - meaning that it was difficult to share customer and customer information. Flexible packaging specialist FFP has signed a deal with XKO Enterprise, a publicly listed provider of managed IT services and applications, to help automate its business processes. XKO's X3 software will form the basis of a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for FFP, integrating information from all departments across the business, including sales, cost estimating, purchasing, manufacturing and accounts.
