HP Case Study: ProBusiness Services, Inc.

Overview Founded in 1984, ProBusiness Services, Inc. of Pleasanton, California is the service leader in outsourced employee administrative services, human resource management software and Web-based solutions for large employers. ProBusiness wanted to rapidly deploy a system that would extend its client service capabilities and support its 50 percent annual growth rate. ProBusiness selected a CRM solution built on scalable HP ProLiant servers, Siebel eBusiness Applications and a Microsoft SQL Server database. The solution provides high-speed access to client information-including accounts, contacts, products, quotes and opportunities, service records and agreements - enabling call center staff to provide a fast, informed response to every client.
