Vista Case Study: AIRCOACH
Overview AirCoach Limited is Ireland's leading public coach/bus company, transporting hundreds of thousands of passengers between Dublin Airport and Dublin City. AirCoach management sought a way to boost customer service while improving operating efficiencies. The WS2 Vista server provides constant connectivity between AirCoach base and its fleet of coaches. Although the GSM network provides precise vehicle data, using the GPRS network is more efficient since it allows the GPS (Global Positioning Satellite) unit in the vehicle to report its location every 30 seconds.
