Overview Green Mountain Coffee Roasters (GMCR) was using a low-end email campaign system that allowed only single mime-capable messages. The result was that they were not able to send targeted, personalized product announcements to their customers. The company also had to filter bounced emails manually, which stalled future email campaigns. GMCR choose PeopleSoft Enterprise Online Marketing for its integration with the company's existing PeopleSoft solutions, as well as to execute dynamic, professional email campaigns. The solution enables GMCR to segment and target specific customer groups based on their purchase history and preferences. Bounced emails are also automatically filtered from the system and handled appropriately.
