Merseyside NHS Trust Improves Efficiency and Team Communication With BlackBerry
Overview As one of only three trusts nationally providing the entire range of specialist mental health services, Mersey Care NHS Trust operates within a community of customer service and staff support. Enhancing the channels and efficiencies of communication is complicated by the fact that the Trust provides care for a vast area with more than 50 sites spread across the whole of Merseyside. Mersey Care NHS Trust undertook research into other email solutions, and decided to trial the BlackBerry from Orange. BlackBerry is a complete end-to-end solution that enables users to access company information and stay in touch with colleagues whilst away from their desks.
