GT-X: A Telkomsel Case Study
Overview Telkomsel is the leading operator of cellular telecommunications services in Indonesia by market share. GT-X was used as the technology platform behind Telkomsel's '111' service. Telkomsel provides GSM cellular services in Indonesia, through its own nationwide Dual-band GPRS network, and internationally, through 143 international roaming partners in 61 countries. GT-X was used as the technology platform behind Telkomsel's '111' service. When a Telkomsel customer dials '111' their account information and details are immediately sent through to an idle agent based at their nearest call centre. The agent is then able to conduct any type of help or transaction from one desktop system. The '111' service is now operational across Indonesia.
