Overview The customer is Orange, France. Orange France is planning to launch a UMTS network that brings a new dimension of service, quality and rich end-user experience to the country. Nortel was selected to roll out UMTS across southern France and deliver an operational UMTS network for the 3GSM World Congress in Cannes. In February 2004, Orange and Nortel are showcasing UMTS to the wireless community assembled for the industry's premiere tradeshow.
