Wipro Partners With Leading European Equipment Vendor in Current Engineering of the BSC
Overview The client is one of the leading European Wireless equipment and Mobile handset manufacturing vendor having a wide customer base across Americas, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia Pacific, and China. BSC is a key Network Element of the Radio network. Any delay in the feature enhancement releases of this product would delay the entire network roll-out. As this product was jointly owned by Wipro and the client's engineering team, located across different centers in different countries, it was important for Wipro's engineers to integrate into the cultural diversity. Special cultural training programs were organized in Wipro so that the engineers could integrate with the diverse cultures.
