myUFL Connects Campus Information With PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal

Overview The University of Florida wanted to build and run a campus portal for connecting students, faculty, and employees. They needed a portal platform to support the university's academic, administrative, and athletic activities while streamlining business processes. The University of Florida chose the PeopleSoft Enterprise Portal to establish a single, secure information and transaction hub, called myUFL. The Enterprise Portal's integrated technologies formed an online framework to organize and deliver university information to a diverse set of users, enable online athletic ticket sales, and deliver substantial return on investment with the flexibility to build future applications.
