Brown Brothers Winery Dramatically Improves Response With Agile Systems

Overview Brown Brothers Milawa Vineyard is Australia's largest producer of varietal wines. Brown Brothers had a legacy software system developed for the wine industry but knew that to ensure ongoing excellence in customer service and maintain its ability to move quickly to take advantage of changing demands and new business opportunities, it had to have a complete ERP solution. With the PeopleSoft EnterpriseOne solution, Brown Brothers has cut the time needed to process credit card orders by 80 percent. The addition of electronic funds transfer (EFT) capabilities has reduced the more cumbersome and time-consuming practice of paying by personal check to only 10 percent of all payments.
