SnapManager for Domino: SnapDrive 3.0 in a FCP or iSCSI SAN Environment - Integrating With a Network Appliance Filer

Overview This paper describes the steps necessary to integrate Network Appliance (NetApp) SnapManager for Domino with IBM Lotus Domino 6.5 Enterprise Edition for Windows 2003 Enterprise Server using Fibre Channel Protocol and iSCSI connections to a NetApp filer. Specifically, this paper covers items such as installing NetApp SnapManager for Domino, installing NetApp SnapDrive for Windows, preparing the NetApp filer to receive Lotus Domino data and logs using FCP or iSCSI and migrating existing nonfiler Lotus Domino data and logs to a NetApp filer using FCP or iSCSI.
