Concordia University Deploys Cisco Campus Solutions

Overview Concordia University experienced a rapid increase in its student population. Existing network could not accommodate rapid growth of the university and Email and web portal unable to handle the volume of traffic. Concordia University implemented Cisco Business Ready Campus, including: resilient infrastructure, integrated security, wireless LAN, and IP telephony. This converged network ensures secure wired and wireless voice and data communication. Wireless LAN allowed creation of mobile computing labs with reduction in phone expenses.
