Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport Lures Business Travelers With Cisco Mobile Office Solution

Overview Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport is the eighth largest airport in the United States. Airport needed multiple wireless networks in operation, so they made a decision to implement a single wireless access system for the airport. To provide wireless Ethernet connectivity to airport travelers, Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport installed Cisco Aironet 350 Series wireless access points at several locations throughout the facility. Based on 802.11b Wi-Fi technology, Cisco Aironet products enable users to exchange data at speeds up to 11 Mbps, using a wireless adapter card in their notebook or PDA.
