Cisco Helps GST Corporation Extend Headquarters-Class Service to Remote Employees, Offices, and Customers

Overview GST Corporation provides transportation and logistics solutions for a broad spectrum of customers. Due to expansion, it was critical that GST continue to support its growing remote workforce by deploying a new infrastructure. GST deployed redundant Cisco Catalyst 6509 switches and Cisco 7200 Series routers. The solution delivers the scalable, high-performance routing and switching services GST required, and intelligently manages bandwidth across the network. To support remote access VPN connectivity, GST deployed redundant Cisco VPN 3030 concentrators.
