Overview The Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer is a personal Lab-on-a-Chip platform operating disposable microfluidic chips for analysis of DNA/RNA/Proteins and cells. For the last 4 years, the Agilent 2100 bioanalyzer has replaced gel electrophoresis for the analysis of DNA fragments in many laboratories around the world. It is currently used for GMO detection, target validation via end-point PCR, pathogen detection, mutation analysis, and microsatellite analysis. This webcast explains how microfluidics technology can be used for DNA analysis and gives an overview over widely used application areas.
