The Intermec System Helps Aaron Pest Control Improve Data Collection

Overview The client is Aaron Pest Control. The Challenge was to improve the accuracy and efficiency of data collection for pest control and lawn care technicians. A systems solution was designed with Intermec mobile computers that allowed technicians to easily gather detailed service call information, and to automatically enter the information into the company's central computer system. The system can also print invoices at the customer's site. The Intermec solution increased accuracy and efficiency of data collected, provided greater visibility of technician activities, improved technician scheduling, and helped create more time for customer service and responsiveness.
