The solution's major voice components, such as Cisco CallManager Express, Cisco CallManager, and the Cisco BTS 10200 Softswitch, are integrated in a manner that offers service providers a flexible, distributed IP Telephony solution for delivering managed or hosted voice services to enterprises and SMBs over broadband connections.
