Integrated Video and Ground Sensors for Border Protection
Overview The SENTRY system interprets multi-sensor ground sensor data to minimize false and nuisance alarms; triggers pan, tilt and zoom cameras to capture activity; and performs automated video analysis to improve sensor performance in border applications. The systems includes distinguishing between a human and an animal or other object attempting to cross the border determining the speed and direction of a vehicle crossing the border, control a camera to gather data on moving objects crossing the border, based on ground sensor detections and store the video and later provide it to responders.
