Overview Sushi is fast becoming the Londoners' choice for a quick, healthy and exotic meal. Feng Sushi needed a system that could provide them with historical customer order information, addresses and other personal details simply from their postcode. The requirement was also for a fast, reliable matrix printer, that would quickly output details of the order and its associated payment terms and delivery details to multi-part paper, providing one copy for business audit and credit card payments and a second one for the kitchen and subsequently, the delivery driver. Feng Sushi has implemented a fully automated system devised by Integer, a systems integrator whose solutions have been proven across multiple pizza delivery franchises. Touch screens increase ease of use and SP200 matrix printers are used to output the receipts.
