Star Parking Tickets for Revenue-Collection Solutions

Overview Willings Services Ltd, which specialises in vehicle and pedestrian access control solutions for customers including London Transport, National Westminster Bank, Avery Berkel and ICI, has selected the Star Micronics TUP492Z thermal printer as the preferred receipt printer mechanism for ticket issue within its new parking machine controller, 'PMC', developed specifically for APT. The Star TUP492Z mechanism was chosen by Willings following extensive evaluation of other printers, primarily because of its capability for withdrawing and retaining a ticket, if not collected.
