GW Taylor: Prescribing a Star Dosage - East Midlands Pharmacy Group Opts for Combination Printer From Brand Leader, Star Micronics

Overview Manor Pharmacy is the trading name for GW Taylor Limited, an independent family owned business serving communities in the east Midlands. Established over 60 years ago, GW Taylor's aim is to provide pharmaceutical healthcare of the highest quality to both the public and fellow healthcare professionals. The group's pharmacies, located in major towns and city suburbs in Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire used the SCP700 point-of-sale printers primarily for patient prescription labels, anticipating output of more than 1000 labels daily. The only printer developed specifically for pharmacies, the SCP700 is capable of simultaneously printing medication labels (thermal) as well as prescription verification or other multi-part documents (matrix impact), offering the potential of replacing two printers with one.
