Improved Communications for Norfolk-Based IFA

Overview The Norfolk-based firm of Independent Financial Advisers (IFA) has three offices with a total staff of 27. The company has had Internet access since 1996. While two smaller offices in Acle and Sheringham currently still use ISDN, employees at the head office in Norwich now have the added benefit of broadband. Administration staff have initially benefited most from the broadband connection. When Financial Futures first found out about the benefits of broadband they completed a form on the BT website asking to be alerted when ADSL was available in their area. Although they used another ISP for unmetered Internet access, once their local exchange was enabled, the company switched to a BT Openworld broadband product.
