Overview During a recent merger of two Fortune 500 financial institutions, it became apparent that several changes were needed to accomplish the desired levels of customer service and efficiency. The division desired a solution that would enable them to print checks in branches while maintaining centralized control at corporate headquarters. For the Trust division, the ST team provided a fast, robust solution with e-DocSecure, a secure disbursement request, approval and fulfillment system. With the implementation of e-DocSecure, the process of requesting and inputting information for checks, wire transfers and ACH (Automated Clearing House) transactions was streamlined.
