Remote Mainframe Printing: An Integrated Output Solution - VPS/LCDS and Print/Director

Overview Legacy LCDS output from a mainframe in Missouri needed to be routed to Xerox printers in Tennessee and Oklahoma The challenge was finding a reliable method that would maintain data integrity for routing LCDS via TCP/IP from the mainframe to the Solimar Print/Director print servers for remote production printing. VPS, VPS/TCP/IP, and VPS/LCDS on the mainframe solved the corporation's printing challenge. Products from LRS and Solimar work in conjunction to solve customer output distribution problems. Legacy output, including LCDS jobs, arrive at remove locations via TCP/IP and print correctly.
