Lloyds Bank Argentina Centralizes Its IT Structure With Citrix Software

Overview Lloyds Bank is part of the Lloyds TSB Group, one of the leading financial services groups worldwide. The challenge was to update and centrally manage all bank software. Not only was the operating system difficult to use, but it was also unable to support many of the applications that bank employees needed to do their jobs, as the Windows-based applications were incompatible with the outdated IT infrastructure. To solve its application access needs, Lloyds Bank Argentina decided on a solution based on Citrix MetaFrame Presentation Server with Microsoft Windows 2000 Server. In addition to cost savings, Lloyds Bank has gained other, less tangible benefits from its new access infrastructure.
