Overview Tetra Tech completed the vulnerability assessment, security evaluation, and emergency operations planning for the Mount Rushmore National Memorial and ancillary facilities. Tetra Tech has been assisting several clients in evaluating the risks to the security of water supply systems from potential terrorist actions or other emergency situations, in compliance with the Public Health Security and Bioterrorism Preparedness and Response Act. Tetra Tech worked with South Carolina Emergency Management Division (SCEMD) staff on an expedited schedule to characterize and outline the requirements for the SCEMD facility and identify single points of failure leading to system disruption and exposure.
