Broken Arrow: Integration Takes Existing System to the Next Level

Overview For decades, law enforcement agencies were bogged down with paperwork and Polaroids. As computers became mainstream in police and sheriff departments across the U.S., the paperwork lightened primarily due to creation of text-based Records Management Systems (RMS). Yet these systems lacked one vital component - the ability to capture, store and retrieve digital photos related to any given record. ImageWare was able to connect its digital mugshot software, Crime Capture System (CCS), with Broken Arrow's existing RMS system. Now, when processing an arrestee, the booking officer at Broken Arrow simply enters the offender's data, as usual, into their RMS.
