Hong Kong ID Smart Project: Smart Card Data Preparation and Issuance

Overview Known as Asia's world city, Hong Kong enjoys a unique position both geographically and commercially. As with any Smart Card scheme, the preparation and loading of card data, cryptographic keys and PINs prior to issue is crucial. The process must be both secure and precise, yet able to cope with a high throughput of cards.
