Overview This paper highlights about the Complex Organizational Reasoning System (CORES) which is a multi-agent network simulation model that uses organizational, social, political and economic dynamics to generate predictions of the likely actions and responses of these actors when involved in an adversarial context. This is used in Operations Other Than War (OOTW) that involves a need for intelligence analysts and military planners to anticipate the actions and responses of complex networked organizations such as terrorist groups, nation-states and key actors (such a high-level leaders).
