Case Study: Integrated Video and Ground Sensors for Border Protection

Overview The SENTRY system interprets multi-sensor ground sensor data to minimize false and nuisance alarms; triggers pan, tilt and zoom cameras to capture activity; and performs automated video analysis to improve sensor performance in border applications. The benefits of this system are ENSCO's SENTRY integrates the data coming from the sensors and the cameras. Integration of sensors allows speed and direction calculation and identifies the activity.
