Operating an NFL Football Stadium

Overview The client is one of the nation's leading investment firms. The client had already launched some of their stadium technology infrastructure with minimal monitoring. In order to serve their business customers, it needed repeatable operations support processes and measurable service level agreements. Covestic performed an ITIL operations assessment to determine which areas needed improvement and to establish the appropriate priorities. While defining the service level management processes, we collaborated with the client to deliver both service level agreements and operational level agreements. The client now has the processes and procedures in place to speed change, manage their performance, and reduce operations resolution times.
