Overview A leading national newspaper publisher was preparing for its upcoming Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) audit and did not have their internal processes documented in a way that could prove repeatability or adherence to the SOX requirements to the auditors environment Taos was then able to map the client's processes onto their control objectives and update or, in some cases, create documentation to accurately and completely describe those processes. All documents were completed in a format and framework and during the course of the SOX analysis and documentation effort, Taos was able to help the Client identify further process improvements outside the scope of the SOX Readiness project, but which can provide a valuable ROI when implemented.
