TUSC Case Study: Department of the Parliamentary Reporting Staff
Overview This case study describes about a solution given to the Australian Department of Parliamentary Reporting Staff. IT needed highly customised incident and problem management system to support DPRS processes based on the existing service catalogue used to track delivery by customer service. It chose TUSC to develop an end-to-end enterprise management strategy for the OneOffice enterprise management sub project and to help them manage the implementation of this strategy. The outcome was a new Configuration Management Database (CMDB), a new Change Management System, a Release Management System, Training of all the staff, Documentation of Operating and Process Manuals for staff reference.
