Overview Universal Avionics Systems Corporation (UASC) is a leading manufacturer of avionics systems. The IT department was spending an inordinate amount of time monitoring the server just to keep the system up and running. And there was no relief in sight for ever-growing data volumes, which were doubling every year. UASC needed to be able to add storage more quickly and affordably. The team deployed a NetApp storage system to support all data traffic and storage for the four offices. The system provides extremely high performance and reliability to support the company's data availability requirements. NetApp management software also provides functionality the IT team needs.
