Overview Unilever has been providing Malaysians with market-leading household products. In a move to enhance employee productivity, and simultaneously reduce operational costs, Unilever decided to replace the multiple, standalone systems that comprised its ageing voice communications infrastructure with a next generation, converged IP (Internet Protocol) telephony solution from Nortel Networks. The Nortel Networks solution delivered to Unilever Malaysia comprised the Succession Communication Server for Enterprise (CSE) 1000 - a server-based, full-featured IP PBX, providing the benefits of converged voice/data capability plus advanced applications and over 450 world-class telephony features, all over a single network.
