Overview Merging with Housing & Commercial Bank (HCB), Kookmin Bank emerged as the largest bank in Korea. For the two banks that focused on the lending business, consolidation of their call centers was most important. Built on an installed base of Nortel Networks Meridian I PBX previously deployed by Kookmin, the IP-enabled Symposium Call Center Server has become a solid and scalable foundation for building profitable, long-term customer relationships through skill-based routing, comprehensive managing and reporting, and real-time displays for supervisors and managers.
