Building Performance Topologies for Computational Grids

Overview This paper describes the architecture, implementation and performance of a service for the delivery of dynamic performance information in Grid environments. Based on usage requirements gleaned from real applications being developed as part of the GrADS project a high-performance service for use by Grid schedulers is implemented. The organization of the system is discussed and performance results are presented.
